Linda Bova
- Managing Broker, ABR®, CMRS®

Linda Bova is originally from the Baltimore area of Maryland; however, she has been a resident of the Eastern Shore since 1977. Linda earned her real estate license in August of 1998, and was presented with the “Rookie of the Year” award by O’Conner, Piper & Flynn (an NRT company now under the Coldwell Banker franchise name) for her sales that year. She then earned the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR ® ) designation in 2000, and the prestigious Broker credentials in March of 2006.
Linda’s early successes in the real estate industry led her to open a real estate franchise, Realty Executives, in 2002. She later sold her share of that franchise back to one of her partners in 2006. After purchasing commercial space on Rehoboth’s famous Coastal Highway in 2007, Linda opened The SEA BOVA Associates, which is the second real estate office she has owned & operated. Linda strongly believes her innovative boutique-style office offers fresh changes for the better: Keeping the office on a small scale minimizes the managerial time consumed by a large or inexperienced staff, which lets The SEA BOVA Associates dedicate all of their time on client representation for each of their sellers and buyers.
